Item Details Item Name PHASE-A-MATIC PAM-600HD STATIC PHASE CONVERTER Stock # PAM-600HD Model # PAM-600HD Price/ea: $250.00 STANDARD FEATURES • Made in U.S.A. • Heavy duty series • Runs 220V/3 Phase motor on 220V/1 Phase power for light to moderate loads • For lathes, mills, grinders, drills, saws, metalworking and woodworking equipment, and numerous other uses • Will produce approximately 2/3 of its rated horsepower • No more changing motor or switch gear • For long heavy starting cycles, frequent starting, frequent instant reversing, or unattended motors or equipment • For 440V operation available SELECTION GUIDE • Do not install a larger size thinking it will give you more horsepower • Horsepower range is determined by the maximum or minimum starting current applied to it at any one time • Adds the horsepower of two or more motors together and would be if they always started at exactly the same time • Do not add the horsepower of accessories already installed on the equipment, these rely on the generator effect of the main motor • Heavily loaded applications, such as compressors, blowers, water pumps, hydraulic pumps, etc., the motor pulley diameter must be reduced by 1/3 or a 50% larger motor can be fitted • Can operate most 2-speed motors, power feeds, coolant pumps, etc., not recommended for the lathe equipped with Taiwanese or Chinese made motor • The proper horsepower range unit, the largest motor on the machine, or idler motor if used, must fall within the minimum and maximum ranges Stock Number PAM-600HD Model PAM-600HD SPECIFICATIONS Horsepower Range 3 - 5 Net Weight (lbs.) 4
