In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim upon receiving a notification from us. Shipping Terms Items ship within 1 business day after payment is received, excluding weekends & U.S. holidays. After items are packed and shipped, tracking number will be sent to customer via email. Non U.S. shipments may incur additional shipping cost. We ship Internationally. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges for items being shipped to a foreign country. If item is shipped Internationally, seller obligation is completed once item reaches exporter.
