This item is used but in working condition, but does need the batteries replaced. Uses 2 AA batteries if I remember correctly. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. Tele transmitter box, adapter thingy and replaceable finger thingy?I don't know what it does. I think it measures heart rate or oxygen or both... You know these things go for between $1200 - $3300 Refurbished. with out any extras. This comes with the adapters and wires for it. I am only looking for a fraction of the price.
