Payment by PayPal only. I ship the same day payment is received if the order is placed before 1PM CST. For international orders I ship a minimum of 24 hours after payment is received to prevent fraud. Returns are only accepted for items not as described and DOA (Dead on Arrival) items; this only applies to items that are listed as “New”, “New other”, or “Used” within a 14 day return period. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before sending any items back as you will need an RMA #. No returns will be accepted for items that are sold AS-IS or for parts. International buyers not located in USA will always be responsible for return shipping. To prevent fraud we record all serial numbers from the item via software (if available) and take pictures of the unit serial, along with Anti-theft physical product marking. If the buyer returns this item and it is not the same serial, different item, or is missing anti-theft marking then please note the buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges, and the item will be held until those charges are paid. No refund will be issued and the buyer will be reported to eBay, PayPal and the buyer’s local authorities, as needed. The buyer’s personal information such as name, address, eBay identifier, phone number, and email will be used for reporting purposes. Furthermore if the return is found to be fully functional or in the condition described when we shipped it and the issue was lack of compatibility, improper use, buyer’s remorse, or misunderstanding no refund will be issued and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If the item is defective we will pay for return shipping and issue a full refund within 5 business days of receipt and inspection. All returns are opened, inspected and tested while being recorded to a digital video camera. If there is an issue with a return the buyer and any mediation service will receive a copy of the video. To receive a full refund you must return an item in the same condition as it was received. If any items are not returned in the same way they were received or bundles are missing items, a variable penalty rate of 5 to 100% will apply to any potential refund.
