This IC that we are selling comes in 16 pin SO package, there is another type which comes in 8pin DIP which we do not sell. TDA1543T is an economy 16-bit DAC that is suitable for use in hi-fi digital audio equipment, CD players, digital tape or cassette recorders, digital sound in TV sets and digital amplifier. The 8pin DIP version is commonly used in CD DAC DIY kits, a conversion board is required to plug into the DIP socket.
