Here you have a set of two Philips Lumec banner or flag holders that go around lamp posts or other poles (Philips calls it a banner arm). I believe these are new, if not they were very lightly used, although the boxes look like they've been wet at some point. By using the two poles you can keep a banner from flapping in the wind, reducing wear and tear. The hole is approx 4 1/2" in diameter, but would fit a pole another 1/4" or so. Bigger with longer bolts of course. It's approx 36" long and will hold a banner or flag a max of 24". Will ship in the original box, or I will sell one at a time if you only need one (contact me first and I'll list one for you at half price). Please look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have. Shipping in the United States will be calculated by location at 19 pounds from zip code 74033 and shipped via USPS Parcel Select unless you ask and pay for something different.
