The Philmore WS28 is a professional ratchet crimp tool used for crimping RG 58/U, RG 59/U and 1/16" pin. The tool is designed so that the handles will not open until the crimp has been completely compressed. It's a full cycle ratchet mechanism with quick release safety lock.
