We never use to include all of these things in our eBay auctions however after being victim to a lot of fraud in recent transactions we've had to post the following policies. These policies were created after looking at hundreds of other auctions and none of them are unique to us or overly unreasonable by any standards. PAYMENT: Payments for auctions that you win MUST be made within (5) Five days. Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal. Any other forms of payment OTHER THAN PayPal must be discussed BEFORE the close of auction. We're willing to work with you, but need to be informed as to your intentions. On items over $5,000 a wire transfer or bank check MUST be used. If you are waiting for other auctions that we are running to close, PLEASE notify us as we will GLADLY combine shipping for you. Our system AUTOMATICALLY files a NPB alert on the 7th day after the auction ends if we have not heard from you. SHIPPING: Customers from PR, Hawaii and Alaska will be notified of any additional shipping charges. INTERNATIONAL buyers please contact me before bidding. We ship via International Priority Mail and charges range from $21 - $42 USD for a 1lb package. This is REQUIRED as it gives delivery confirmation which we both want for protection. Orders are processed and shipped by 2-4 business days. Tracking numbers are e-mailed to you, once shipped. We use United States Postal Service on 99.9% of what we ship. We can not ship same day, next day air, using your FedX number any other service. Another indicator is POSITIVE FEEDBACK. We post POSITIVE feedback for ALL buyers the DAY that your item ships. If you see that we've left POSITIVE feedback for you, be 100% confident that your item has been given to the post office. As for that, we are not the United States Post Office. Sometimes they misplace packages, sometimes there are delays due to weather in certain parts of the country, sometimes there are errors on their side. When you consider the millions of packages they carry a day, it's to be expected. PLEASE do not hold us responsible or be angry with us if the post office is taking a little longer than expected. Simply, HAVE REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. We once had a very unhappy buyer who didn't believe that it took four days for a package to get from Florida to California. FINALLY: Like most eBay sellers were do this part time to help our family financially. We're not a big business, we don't have a huge warehouse, customer service staff, someone sitting by the computer to respond to your questions. We process orders at night. If you win an auction and pay, most times your item will ship the next business day. Auctions won on Satutday, ship on Monday. Auctions won and paid for on Monday, usually ship on Tuesday. Emails are responded to most evenings and we do our best to answer every question to the best of our ability. It's our goal to have a positive experience with you as our buyer. That can ONLY be accomplished if we both work together.
