Hard to find item that allows 115 volts to produce up to 270 volts. 9 amps maximum Type 1520B Input 115/230 VAC 50/60 hz, output 0-270 VAC Max output KVA 2.4 4 tap winding 0-100 dial Unit is mounted in a hexagonal case, 7 1/8" across, 5 1/2" high, 7 3/4" tall overall.
