A OTDR Class I Fault Locator This item is used and is in NONWORKING operational condition! This unit has a crack screen, and I do not have a power adapter to test it properly. Therefore it is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair without a warranty! This item is in POOR physical / cosmetic condition, I would rate it 4 out of 10! The screen is cracked and it is missing a screw in the back. (See Pictures) Please view pictures carefully. This sale includes only what is shown in the pictures. Shipping Purchased items are shipped using the carrier service selected by the buyer. Items will be shipped to the address listed on the buyer's PayPal account unless special shipping instructions have been made prior to or at the time of purchase.
