This Photon Kinetics Model 6500 OTDR has some scratches, scuffs, missing parts, missing screws, and dust from previous use. When tested, the fans in the rear powered on but nothing else happened. The unit is being sold for parts or repair. No cords, cables, or any other accessories are included. Please see pictures for more detail and feel free to make us an offer.
