This is a Picard 16 pan revolving oven. The model # is MT-8-16 (Tiny) and the serial # is 291186, is direct, natural gas fired and has a stainless steel front with a glass view port above the loading door, the side panels are painted white. It operates off of 115V, single phase, 23 A and 5-6" wc natural gas and outputs 135,000 BTUs. It has 4 trays with 2 shelves per tray that are 36.5" wide and 26" deep. It is used but was dismantled and rebuilt in our shop to include; new bearings/bushings on the main shaft and all of the trays, new gas valve, cleaned/rebuilt burner with new fire bricks, new and or rebuilt drive components including the motor, new temperature control and new insulation where necessary. It has been test run and is being sold in very good working condition with some spare parts.
