The item is 100% functional. Everything works as it is supposed to. The exterior does show some light wear but is otherwise in good condition. It takes (4) 18" florescent bulbs that are not included. If you would like this item insured please contact us before you submit payment, otherwise it will ship without insurance. The shipping department closes at noon each day.
