Now available in a durable silicone material (latex free). This configuration is the safest of all forms of dilators because of the thin, flexible stem that enables accurate occular guidance of the dilator into the lumen of the stricture. A small size (12 Fr.) is often useful to make sure of a lumen ahead at the cricopharyngeal and hiatel levels during esophagoscopy, as well as in cases of stenosis. The steel stem also permits the use of the tiniest filiform sizes. For sale is a complete set of Pilling Jackson Esophageal Dilators. There are 19 Instruments total, sizes ranging from 8fr - 42fr.
