We acquired these units from a medical auction and they are NOS (new old stock) in the original box. As they are older stock there may be some light scratches / surface rust on some of the screws. The unit powers-up and functions properly with all (4) bulbs and both cooling fans operate quietly. Uses DNF 21V, 150W bulbs. Inexpensive to maintain, these bulbs are readily available online for around $12.00 each.
