These locations must contact KMA Remarketing for a valid shipping quote. There is a $15.00 per box handling fee added to all ground shipments. This also includes items being shipped on a customer's account. Domestic Freight All items over 50 pounds, irregularly shaped or over sized must be shipped via a freight carrier. There is a $50.00 handling fee that will be applied to all freight shipments.
