For customer support, Commercial Kitchen Center is contactable via phone or email during office hours. The Pinch (AP-40H) is a 40 qt Heavy Aluminum Stock Pot designed for commercial kitchens. This metal-based stock pot has a capacity of up to 40 qts and is perfect for cooking large quantities of food. The cookware type is a stock pot, making it ideal for slow cooking and simmering. The cover is not included, and the diameter is 14 inches. The two handles make it easy to lift and move. The height of this aluminum-based stock pot is 14.75 inches. It is not induction-ready and is non-stick. Commercial Kitchen Center provides regular manufacture warranties, and extended warranties are available for purchase at an additional cost. Returns can only be initiated within 14 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom items and made-to-order items cannot be returned. Customers can place orders through the Commercial Kitchen Center website and pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, or Bank Wire. Immediate payment is mandatory. Commercial Kitchen Center offers worldwide shipping, and shipping times may vary between 7 to 14 business days depending on the customer's location. Free shipping is only available for commercial addresses in the 48 continental United States. Additional shipping fees may apply to customers outside the 48 continental United States and non-qualifying items. The shipping company delivers the product to the curb, and the customer must offload the product. If you do not have the capability to unload the product, at an additional cost, lift gate services are available. It is essential to identify the correct delivery address, or additional fees may apply to customers due to inaccurate addresses.
