Pitney Bowes Dictaphone Word Processor Model 1710 This item has been previously used and the cosmetic condition can be seen in the pictures included and also in the video description. The unit does have some scartches and stickers from the previous users. model 1710 You receive the foot pedal and a head set along with the machine and power supply for the unit. When the unit is plugged in it powers up and you can hear static coming from the machine. The unit rewinds and fast forwards. When you push on the foot pedal it rewinds and fast forwards. When the head set is plugged in I can hear static coming from the unit. I do not specialize in this field.
