The U570 automatically seals, meters, and stacks envelopes as thick as 3/8 at speeds up to 170 pieces per minute. Functions include automatic inking, meter printing positioning, seal only mode, intelligence display to inform operator if feeder or side guide need adjusting. Machine has auto shutoff and a redesigned sealing system. SEALING AND METERING MACHINE FEATURES Micro processor controls, monitor all machine functions. Auto shut-down when letter jam is detected. Improved sealing system. High impact poly frame reduces weight, noise, and corrosion from water reservoir 1/2 HP AC motor Size 34 x 22 Weight 140 lbs. Monthly duty cycle approx. 2400 – 10,000 PCs
