Product Details The 15" Dough Cutting Ring (RDC15) is a metal dough cutting ring expertly manufactured by American Metalcraft. Dough cutting rings are used by many pizzerias to cut pizza dough to a desired diameter effortlessly and reliably. When kneading or throwing dough for pizzas, however, it can frequently be difficult to achieve the desired diameter or the exact circular shape every time. This stainless steel dough cutter has a welded stainless steel handle and measures fifteen inches (38.1 cm) in diameter by three inches (7.6 cm) high making it perfect for cutting even very thick dough to exactly a fifteen inch diameter.
