HERE'S A RECIPE FOR YOUR NEW PAN: Pizza Dough Recipe Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tblsp active dry yeast 1 cup warm water (110 deg F) 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2tblsp olive oil Combine water and yeast in a mixing bowl (hand knead or electric mixer with dough hook). Add flour, sugar, salt and blend together kneading for approx 7 minutes. Dough will be sticky. Cover, let stand for 20-30 minutes to rise and rest the dough. Place olive oil in pan and spread out. Place dough in pan and press out to edges. Add toppings, and whatever you wish and bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. Remove from pan before cutting to avoid damaging pan. Easy Pizza Sauce Recipe Ingredients 1 6oz can of tomato paste 1 15oz can of tomato sauce 1 tblsp dry oregano 1 tblsp granulated garlic (or 4-5 cloves fresh crushed garlic) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl by hand or use mixer.
