Up for sale is for Dough Pros 20 inch heated dough press. This press makes quick work of pressing pizza dough any size up to 20 inch pizzas. Only takes 8 seconds to press the dough to size. The heated plate keeps it from shrinking. These cost $5000 new, here is your chance to get of a fraction of that. The company is still around in Riverside. This is what all the new pizza like blazes,800 degrees and pieology are using for faster services. The hot plate works, the dial on the machine is stuck. This is used to adjust the thickness of the dough but you can manually do this by not pressing as hard or light on the handle. The construction is solid metal with powdered coating all around, Non stick hot plate as well as slide out. Plugs into a normal outlet.
