This dough press features a heated upper plate that helps your dough balls flatten faster with a temperature range of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use it with the heating feature off for cold pressing, too. Both the upper and lower plates are coated with a non-stick Xylan material to facilitate even pressing and easy removal of your pizza crust once it has been flatened to the desired diameter and thickness. This dough press delivers a consistently round shape and even thickness so that you can count on your pizza being baked evenly all the way through. Consistent crust eliminates worrys about portions of your crust being too thick or too thin to cook correctly. You can adjust this press to make pizza crusts of exactly the size and thickness you desire, up to 18" in diameter and 7/8" thick! Depending on the size crust you are pressing, this dough press can flatten up to 100 (18") or 400 (6") crusts per hour This manual dough press is easy to use and flexible with features like a heat indicator light and a digital timer that starts automatically when the handle is lowered.
