This was my father's, and I was able to test that all pieces work in terms of power, but since I do not have a landline, could not test any further than that. I am pricing low for that reason, that I can make no claims that it works, but it does get power. The system comes with a Lifter #45407-01, one power supply, one answering button, two different headsets, one cordless adaptor CA10 with case and stand NYCBE-CA10.
