If you have need, these wires can be had at a fraction of TA Instruments new cost. Retired service engineer, wants to help service technician add to their parts stock.     Act fast. Freelance service engineers working on TA TGA'S will be able to charge about a fourth as much for this part. TA wants four times as much just for a service call. TA Instruments TGA 2900 / 5000 series hangdown wires. Recently discovered in storage after many years. Platinum hang-down wires to the microbalance. These are not part of any maintenance kit, but are usually installed by a high-dollar service engineer. IF YOU CAN REPLACE A HANG-DOWN WIRE, YOU CAN INSTALL THIS DELICATE PART This item is a bargain @ half price to researchers who maintain their own instruments.
