After bearing right the building will be in front of you. From A13 eastbound, exit at A1306 signposted Dagenham East (A1306), Hornchurch. Turn right at Roundabout, taking fourth exit. Bear left at second roundabout signposted Fairview Industrial Estate. After half a mile turn right into Fairview Industrial Park and stay on Marsh Way for another half a mile. Go through gates at the end of Marsh Way marked “Private Road – No turning” and turn left passing a large warehouse on your left. Function’s warehouse is the next building.
