We had a "handicapped" person run this machine by himself. Day in and day out he produced 40,000 finished pieces per hour. Not sure what manufacturer, suggests, we estimate as many as 80,000 finished pieces per hour are possible with an efficient operator. If you have never owned a "Hi-DieCutter" this is perfect if size permits and your job is 6x6 in finished size....or smaller. You need approximately 1/8" bleed around the finished product...y ou can have more and possibly somewhat less than 1/8" but we've never gone less than. A "Hi-DieCutter" will diecut about any "outside shape" even very complex. It DOES NOT DieCut any "inside" cut outs...any OUTSIDE shape. If you are a shop that offers several round, or oval products....this would be quick and easy to produce them even if you don't have hundreds of thousands of finished pieces. It would just simplify he process.
