This is a pneumatic 5C collet closer that was used on a Hardinge DSMA automatic lathe.  I cannot verify this is the model that I have seen called a Vari-Grip but it might be.  I would assume this unit could easily be fit to a standard Hardinge turret lathe and make the operator's life a lot easier.  What you see is what you get.  Free Shipping to the lower 48.
