Here's our latest model of pneumatic squeezers! Plus, as a bonus, we are adding a set of twist lock cups that work great with the squeezer and mufflers on the valve for quiet operation! If you're looking for a way to gain the attention of your lemonade customers, HERE IT IS!!! This is the 5th generation of our commercial citrus squeezer! We've listened to our customers' suggestions and made improvements to our design. We have sold our squeezers to lemonade vendors across the country, Canada and now other countries to vendors like you! There are other pneumatic lemon squeezers out there that are priced far higher than ours. We urge you to compare them. We feel that when you do, our squeezers will give you more bang for your lemonade business buck!!! The unit comes equipped with a Parker 1.5" bore double-action cylinder with a 6" stroke. The 3" diameter squeezer puck is food grade stainless steel that unscrews for easy cleaning. The valve has a large mushroom push button (with spring return) for ease of operation. The housing is welded steel that has been powder coated for durability and easy cleanup. We have added rubber feet to the bottom of housing for stability. Plus, we have added a plexiglass shield to the back of the unit for safety! To operate the the squeezer: 1) hook your air compressor (smaller household duty ones work fine) to the quick connect on the valve; 2) 60 psi - 120 psi works great (adjust to what works best for you); 3) place your cup with the lemon slices under the squeezer puck (there's 6.25" of clearance); 4) press down on the valve button to operate the squeezer; 5) release the button and the ram retracts; 6) continue until the slices are sufficiently squeezed. It's that easy!!! Here is a video of one of our earlier models (we have since upgraded the housing, cylinder, and the valve, but the operation is still basically the same): Be aware that this is not a toy!!!
