Electro-Yuri-Store offers the PneumaticPlus SAU2030M-N02G Mini Three Stage Air Drying System, 1/4" NPT - Particulate Air Filter, Coalescing Filter, Air Pressure Regulator Combo - Poly Bowl, Manual Drain. This system features three stages for efficient air filtration. During the first stage, the particulate filter eliminates moisture and impurities such as pipe scale and rust from the air line, protecting the regulator's precision part. In stage two, the coalescing filter captures oil aerosols and microscopic particles as small as 0.3 micron absolute. Lastly, the high-performance regulator reduces primary pressure to the desired pressure setting. Feedback is crucial to Electro-Yuri-Store's business, and customer satisfaction is their top priority. Place it as close as possible to the pneumatic appliances being serviced. The unit must be installed in parallel from the downstream position for proper function. Do not install the polycarbonate bowl above 150 PSI or in the presence of solvents harmful to polycarbonate. In these cases, use a metal bowl instead. The unit is easy to disassemble and assemble using a Phillips-head screwdriver or Allen wrench. The regulator can be mounted in either an up or down position, allowing unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The unit works automatically and does not require any adjustments.
