This is a Polarad TTG-29 Two Tone Audio Generator. It has two independent audio oscillators, each settable from 20Hz to 20,000Hz. There is a single output on the front, the same output is duplicated on the back. Either oscillator can be routed to the output, or the two oscillators combined together at the single output. Output is 600 ohms and has a selectable internal load and attenuator. The unit works well, both oscillators seem pretty close to set frequency, although I wouldn't guarantee it is perfectly calibrated. All knobs and knob positions work. The only thing I see suspect is when you change the frequency of the A oscillator, it takes a second or two for the output to settle, the B oscillator settles quicker. However, once it settles the output is very steady. Cosmetics are good used, there are some markings and chipped paint, and the knobs are a little dirty (knurled knobs are hard to clean). No power cord is included, but it takes the standard rectangular IEC cord. It has a setting on the rear panel for 110/220 power so it can be used overseas.
