Northwestern University – Traffic Template & Manual – For use in Accident Reports – Crash Diagrams! p> Offered is complete North Western University – Traffic Template with manual and also four laminated Department of Transportation – DOT – Crash cards that for use in traffic crashes (accidents) reports. This would work well for any public safety system – law enforcement – police department - sherifff’s department – constable – town marshal – private security that uses a paper system for making crash reports (accident reports) or as a tool for use in accident reconstruction. According to Northwestern University, this tool is: Called "the most recognized piece of plastic in the accident investigation world" by the National Association of Traffic Accident Reconstructionists and Investigators (NATARI), this instrument allows crash investigators, engineers, architects, claim adjusters, lawyers and other professionals to quickly prepare scale maps of traffic accidents, calculate speeds from skidding distances, estimate stopping and acceleration distances, change miles-per-hour to feet-per-second (Metric model changes kilometers-per-hour to meters-per-second), measure angles and grades and illustrate arrangement of parked vehicles.” Additionally, they advise that it is “Made of transparent plastic, it also serves as a clinometer to measure road grades and superelevations when used with a slightly modified clipboard.” The set is new in the original envelope and has not been used.
