Up for auction one 6-inch silicon wafer.   It is polished, has a major flat a backside oxide -- mostly purple. p-on-p+  epi >4 ohm-cm <100> / Thickness: >625um   IMPORTANT: The wafer has been exposed to regular office room air. The photo was taken in open air. It was only handled with a tweezers. The surface is very clean and shiny, like a mirror. There are NO smudges, scratches, cracks, chips, fingerprints, or any other blemishes visible to the eye on the wafer. It is in excellent condition, but has been exposed to non-clean room air. Due to this, the occasional dust speck might be visible. These would be excellent for use in a lab or for experiments. The wafer will ship in a single wafer container, shown in the photo.
