That part number was for a kit that included the module itself, a cable pak with (4) cables, and the packaging. The P/N (Part Number) shown on the QBRI itself is 2201-08894-001 and it is model number PVS-XX19-Q. This auction is for the QBRI Base component only. The (4) cables and original packaging are available on some of our other auctions but not with this bare-bones special price. Cables that are required are standard ethernet cables. Polycom's original cables are very high quality though. Power and software are provided by the ViewStation itself once it is connected to the QBRI and power cycled. The Quad BRI Imux is an external interface which serves as an inverse multiplexor for 1-4 ISDN BRI lines, allowing the lines to be used as one continueous bandwidth for higher speed videoconferencing over ISDN. It is a required component for using ISDN on a ViewStation ViewStation H.323, 512, MP, EX, FX, VS4000 and VS4000. The ViewStation FX, EX, and VS4000 also require a proprietary Polycom cable which we provide for an additional $35. These QBRI systems work on all ISDN services worldwide. ISDN services in the US and Canada require an additional piece of equipment called a NT-1 for each ISDN line connected. All of these components and options are available from GeBX.
