This Polycom Vortex EF2201 comes complete with a 90-Day Warranty when purchased by an end-user company or individual. Resellers receive a 2-Day Not DOA warranty. The EF2201 is a core component within Polycom's installed audio product line. It includes the Power Supply, User Documents, Document Disc, Bus Cable, Terminator Plug, and Phoenix Push-in connectors just as it included brand new. This Polycom Vortex EF 2201 is loaded with software version 2.5 but is capable of being upgraded to the most recent software version or the version of software you need for compatibility with your other components. The Polycom Vortex EF2201 is an echo cancelling telephone add device designed to add a telephone line into a mixer to teleconference in a meeting. The EF2201 is a rackmountable, professional, audio visual component. It can be integrated with other Polycom Vortex, VSX, HDX, and VTX1000 components to provide a custom F500 boardroom-quality AV solution.
