GeBX Value is in the Details The VSX 7000s base unit, subwoofer, microphone array, and IR remote components will be individually wrapped, tightly, in bubblewrap. These components will be packed into a box, so as no movement, shifting, or shaking is possible, and that box will be packed inside another box with a 2 inch protective layer between the boxes to further protect your system while in possession of the shipper. The protective layer will be peanuts or styrofoam sheets with a layer of bubblewrap. This system will come with a 90 day warranty for end-users and a 2 Day Not DOA for resellers. We will provide free technical installation support with the end user purchaser and ongoing trouble resolution, if necessary, during the warranty period.
