We have used Polycon teleconference phones in all our conference rooms for many years, the multiple microphones built into the device just beat the heck out of a speakerphone on any standard desk or cell phone hands down. About the only nuisance with this one is that the little tab for power cable is snapped, so after mating it to power, you need to route the wire through the little slots on the bottom, and once secure, use a bit of Velcro or tape to keep it stably inserted. We've converted to a digital phone on the network to save money, and now I wish we hadn't.
