Polycom boxes are included but internal packaging components are missing in some cases and replaced with bubblewrap. Polycom boxes are in good shape but may have marker writing, marks on them, or brown paper tape on the outsides. Phones look nice with very little wear though they vary: some phones have light scratches and some actually look new. All phones are configured for testing, tested, cleaned, and repackaged prior to shipment. VVX 400 phone is an executive level, SIP, IP business phone with a color screen for access to features and Polycom HD Voice Technology. It is PoE (Power over Ethernet) enabled but power supplies are available at an additional charge if your network does not support PoE. This VVX 400 will be complete with Quick Start Guide, PoE phone, handset, stand, handset cord, and CAT5 cable. VVX 400 In Open Box Relax... Each component will be individually protected from damage with original packaging material or/and a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package. There will be a minimum of 2 inches protecting each component from the exterior of the box. This system will come with a 90 day warranty, provided by GAVX, to replace components that fail. We have experienced technical staff available to assist you with installation support and user training if necessary.
