I put this unit together in 2011 for use as a Forest Service Type 1 Weed washing unit for use on wildfires in the Southwest Region. It contains all the equipment necessary and conforms to all the requirements down to the portable floodlights and red mud recovery bags. I used this unit on three fires over the last few years and it was well received and earned high marks from the contracting personnel. It can also be used as a portable car/ equipment wash or any other use you may have. This washer has had limited use (see hours) and is in very good condition. If you are looking for a hot system I am told a burner could be easily added . Please ask questions. This unit washes the vehicle, ( two lances, one underbody washer) then vacuums up the dirty water. the water is pumped into a settling tank, then pumped into the recycling unit where it is filtered through 4 filters down to 5 microns. It is then pumped to the 300 gallon fresh water tank. No dirty water is left on the ground at the jobsite. 2011 20 ft Zieman trailer dbl axle 5000#, 30 x 12 ft Vinyl wash mat with berms, 20 hp Honda pressure washer 3000 psi @ 8 gpm (31.5 hours), Sirocco vacuum system, 7000 watt Honda powered generator GTX 390 (52 hours), underbody washer, 300 gal fresh water tank, Watermeister recycling system ( down to 5 microns) with 3 extra filter sets, 2 push pull lances, 1 standard lance swivel head, 2- 250 gal steel sediment tanks, assorted hoses, reels and pumps aluminum tool box mounted on trailer tongue
