This was given to me by the owner of Marine Services in California who designed and manufactured the backpack mounted exothermic dubbed the "Grim Breacher". It seems to be complete and is unused.  I have been told this is a state of the art portable breaching system. Don't know alot about it. It has been in my garage for a few years. Have no need for it. I think he sold them for around $2,000. I saw him cut a car in half one day, as well as a very thick piece of steel plate.... This thing is no joke. You should definitely be instructed on how to operate this before using.
