Tumbleweed house, concession, portable cabin or whatever you choose to use it for. This is a 2011 trax custom built trailer. It has two 5000lb axles Overall length is 29'10"including a custom built unit. Very well constructed, with douglas fir framing. All sheeting and framing is bolted, screwed, and glued with high strength construction adhesive. The sub deck is treated with multiple coats on all sides. Flooring is treated plywood with a thin layer of aluminum sheeting in between for an anti-rodent barrier. It has diamond plate decking on rear, dual pane windows, and quality locking metal roofing designed for high winds. With multiple coats of stain and clear coat, this trailer has great potential as it was made with top quality materials.  As for dimensions, the enclosed portion is 8' by 16'ft. Rear deck is 8' by 8'ft with exposed beam. Tongue and groove ceiling for a rustic look. Tongue measuring at 6ft as well as diamond plate flooring designed for two 100lb propane tanks and, or generator. The rear deck can easily be enclosed if desired. This unit's interior can be furnished in a variety of ways.  I also have available quality stainless sinks, countertops, refrigerators, cooking supplies, interior materials, ect.. This unit has the potential to be used for a wide variety of options. It is all new and has been stored inside.
