This Baler was used for recycling 30,40, and 60 mil liner and Works Great!! You can use this to bale about anything, plastic, cardboard, and almost any material you think of. This was built for our application and our contract is over and would like to give someone else the opportunity to make money. Recycling is BIG! I personally baled over 1.1 million pounds of material with this baler. We made approximately $1000 per load of very dirty, oil, and messy plastic, the cleaner plastic makes more money, but the dirty is what people cant get rid of. I will offer the contacts of the recycler after the sale is complete, only if it does not compete against us locally. The Baler has a very dependable diesel Lamborghini/Kohler engine. The hydrualics have a tandem pump for two separate operations at once, this lets you operate the grapple and the baler rams at one time. The controls have a auto and manual at the seat and at the bottom by the gate as well. The baler is what you would call fully powered, the gate is hydraulic, the lock is hydraulic, the door is hydraulic, the outriggers are hydraulic, and the feeding grapple is hydraulic. This is made that you can sit there for hours and not have the fatigue of loading and unloading the baler. Very simple with the joystick control and the manual override on top to allow you to custom compress your bales, (You can also adjust the settings) if you want bigger or heavier its up to you. The bales we used were an average of 2000 - 3000lbs. This worked great. We were able to load a 40 foot truck or container and have lots of room left over with a load of 44k lbs.
