I believe this was custom built. It is stamped Porter Blanchard. The spoons are marked STERLING. I believe the rest is SILVER PLATE and is very good condition overall. The two small lids show the most silverplate wear. You fill it with water from the bottom through two inlets and freeze. It is perfect for anything you would like to keep cold without watering down and getting the food soggy. A great seafood, caviar and relish tray. On a lazy susan. Shipping ABOUT MY 15 DAY HANDLING TIME: We're away on buying trips half of the week. Although we do try to send items out the same week, it doesnt always happen. Generally, we pack on the weekend and send out on Monday. If I miss the first weekend (ie: if your auction ends on or close to a weekend) it may be processed the following weekend. I allow 15 days to give me adequate time to pack your item and arrange for pick up by the shipper. The actual shipping time is determined by the shipper. The 15 days begins the day you submit payment. If you need me to rush this pleae let me know. I will do everything I can to get it to you quickly. Shipping and Handling: In most cases, we do not pack your item until after the auction ends so it's not possible to get an exact shipping quote until then. In some cases we will list flat shipping fee and other times will use the shipping calculator. Packing materials are expensive and are part of the shipping cost. We use new and/or used packing materials of all sorts including recycled materials which also takes time to source. We include a nominal fee for packaging materials and handling time already in the shipping price. Insurance, delivery confirmation and/or signature are purchased on every item we send. In the event of damage during shipping it is the buyer's responsibility to aid in the claims process. You will be required to send pictures of the box as it arrived to you and the contents to aid in the investigation. You may have to hold on to the package to be inspected. We use Fedex and/or USPS. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and packing costs. In every case, we do not recommend sending framed art with glass. It is very costly to properly wrap and protect these items and the glass could still arrive broken. However, if you are willing to pay these added costs I will send them to you as you like. We will pack your shipment to the very best of our ability which includes taping the glass in the event of breakage and pack well. Please remember, we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by the shipper during shipment, this is what insurance is for. In every case, if you are requesting that the glass be included with your shipment you will be solely responsible for replacing it at your cost in the event of breakage. I do not recommend send glass with art. International Buyers: Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company when you pick the item up. Terms of Sale Return Policy: No Returns We buy antiques, collectibles and other interesting items at estate sales and live auctions where there is no return policy. We consign items for others. Before we sell an item on Ebay we examine it very carefully. We take good clear pictures of the item and describe it well. We encourage you to ask very detailed questions prior to bidding so you will know exactly what you are bidding on. That said, there should be no reason for you to return the item to me. Buyer's remorse does not qualify as a reason. Damage in shipment does not qualify as a reason either; this is what insurance is for. The only time we will accept a return is if we've unintentionally listed an item falsely such as listing an item as vintage or antique when it wasn't. We are not an experts in any particular field. When we find something at a live auction or estate sale we have minimal time to research the item. We list dozens of items a week and spend as much time as possible researching the item and sometimes this is minimal. I leave it to you as generally having more knowledge than we, after all it was you that found this auction. Bearing all of this in mind please remember that all of our antiques, collectibles and art are being sold AS IS and all sales are final.
