If an item is broken during use, I cannot accept a return. If merchandise is returned opened or in any other condition than what it was originally shipped I cannot refund the purchase price or return shipping. Please pack your returns carefully. 3) If the reason for the return was an error on my part (for example, I mistakenly sent the wrong item) I will reimburse all shipping costs related to the return.
