Powcon 550 SMP Welder. Ser# 5P287430 Part# 104000-00 Input voltage 230/460 1ph or 3ph. This welder is setup for 230 1ph. but can be changed easy to 3ph. and 440v by changing the power lugs and power cord. Welder comes with a heavy millwright made cart with to 2 bottle holder. There is no flow regulator with the mig unit was using .045 flux core wire. This welder was being used in a tn a millwright shop at a steel mill.  Local pickup or freight can be arranged.
