TED'S FABRICATION INC. 84 PORTER RD TOWER CITY PA 17980 717-647-7818 MAKE SURE TO CHECK OUR FEEDBACK , JUST GO TO MY FEEDBACK AND CLICK ON FEEDBACK AS A SELLER , OVER THE PAST 8+YEARS WE SOLD DOZENS OF OVENS ON EBAY AND ALL CUSTOMERS LOVED THERE OVEN ! this is one of our "base" model ovens with the flat bottom , so you can push carts into it with ease , it comes completly assembled and ready to use {electrical hookup is required} all units are put together here at my shop and ran and tested prior to being shipped or picked up . we have a very good customer base and can provide feed back or you can just go on the internet and do a search for our company , you will be able to read alot of reviews . the specs of this oven are Dimensions outside: 52" wide 53" deep 83"high inside: 40-1/2" wide 44" deep 72" high...........YES 6FT TALL ,plenty tall enough for bike frames unit draws only 27 amps of power max temp 500 degs F requires 220v single phase 3 wire for hook up { 2 hot legs , 1 neutral , 1 ground} Features - sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal ........... this is pretty much industry standard , some guys are claiming that it is harmfull , but galvanized metal in low temperature ovens will not hurt anything , it also will not rust , think about it , if your oven is made of plain steel shetting and it starts to rust where will those flakes of rust end up ? in your new finish ! - metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame - jig welded frame, frames are not screwed or bolted together like others - walls top and bottom are 3-3/4" thick and insulated with fiberglass insulation - equipped with a digital controller with inside temp reading and set points - cam lock latches allow for quick "in and out" - wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises - unit is equipped with a digital PID temperature controller , just set your temperature you want the oven to go to and it will maintain that temperature LEAD TIME , THIS OVEN DOES CARRY A 4-5 WEEK LEAD TIME , PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN BUYING shipping : shipping is not included in this price , you must email us for a price qoute , please do not follow ebays calculator , most of the time we can get these ovens shipped to the west coast for around 400.00 and to the southern part of the country for under 300.00 please email us for a frieght price , we do not collect freight charges , frieght charges are paid direct to our frieght broker payment : payment is required in full for ebay purchases at time of check out if you have any other questions please ask .
