These lances were engineered for another company, which no longer needs these last 5 units we have in stock. They are configured with a a small diameter profile 1/2 “OD with a working length of 62” and can be used with a GEMA PG2-A, automatic, or PG-1 manual powder gun. The picture of the electrode tip shows it without the conical deflector for illustration only,but can use any size depending on the application. The dime is shown to reference and illustrate the small profile of the lance, to show bidders how the lance can fit into their automatic, or hand held process. The “red” screw in shoulder nut unscrews to expose the tip holder for replacement if needed. More detail pictures are available at your request. This particular model can also be used in a preheating process, as in preheating your pipe, pipe nipples, etc. up to 200 degrees prior to coating to help in the adhesion of the powders. These units are very durable and special to a powder coating process and should be used accordingly.Please feel free to email any questions you may have   .
