This is the worm gear  for the Powermatic cabinet saws.  This is used on the trunnion to raise, lower and tilt the blade.  If you have a lot of movement in the crank handles before the trunnion moves, this is probably one of the culprits.   Also check the rack for wear.  If the teeth are worn to a point it will eat up the worm gear.  This was used on most of the cabinet saws that Powermatic made, 65, 66, 68, 72, 72A.   Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS.
