STAR RATINGS: Just would like to add about the new Star rating system that buyers can use along with the regular feedback to rate sellers. I will appreciate only the highest ratings because that is the service I try to provide for you. I pay for and show more pictures than most, and try to go into great detail. If you have questions we will gladly answer any of them as quickly as possible. All of my loyal and repeat customers along with my feedback tells the story, over 1700 transaction with 99.5% percent satisfaction. However, eBay recently went to this new rating system which is too easily abused and for no reason. From now on, much more attention will be paid to the actual text in feedbacks of buyers and sellers. Sellers still have the power to leave a negative remark using the feedback rating for our buyers. This is NOT desirable and will be a last resort only used if all else fails or the buyer refuses to communicate, fails to pay or is un-willing to work out any issues. SHIPPING & HANDLING: Our shipping prices are pre-calculated by weight, size and average cost of shipping across the USA for you to know up front, and there will be no surprise charges. For that reason shipping charges are non-negotiable Shipping costs are constantly going up. USPS and FedEx rates are increasing primarily due to fuel costs, and I will continue to keep costs in line the best I can. I never make money on shipping but do occasionally have to include a very small charge to help with packing materials. All costs are shown upfront, so if you are not pleased with the costs please do not bid. Any buyer who has never been involved with the shipping of an item would have no idea of the amount of work, the cost and effort involved. I package very well and will normally ship within 2 days of receiving payment...USPS and FedEx shipping is normally done Tuesdays and Thursdays. FedEx shipping requires a street address. Larger and or heavy items are generally shipped by FedEx. PRIORITY SHIPPING: If you require faster shipping, then please request an upgrade to Priority Mail at a higher cost as I have no problem upgrading for you. I do combine shipping in most cases. Please respond within 3 days of auction ending if you have not already paid to let me know your payment plans. Payment is to be received no later than 7-10 days after auction ending. If there is a problem let me know and we can work something out, but please don't leave me in the dark. RETURNS: Generally items are sold as is unless otherwise noted, I try to describe items as accurately as possible. But we all human and occasionally make mistakes, what makes this situation good is we have an easy line of communication thru eBay or emails and we will always attempt to work out any issue that may come up. PAYMENTS: Paypal is required through ebay therefore payment should be within 24 hours. Ebay is supposed to be a fun place for both the buyer and the seller. When the winning bidder does not make contact it is very discouraging.
