Model PP3040W Semi-automatic L’ Sealer, with “Wire Sealers” – with magnet clamping, Powered take away conveyor, and cylinder  arm return. Seal size is 30” W x 40” L.  This machine is designed for medium to high production use, machine speed of 10 to 15 packages per minute can be obtained depending on  package size and film gauge.     Standard Features Include:   1.     “Triple Magnetic Hold Down” operator simply lowers seal bar and magnets automatically holds seal bar down during seal cycle to seal and cut film. Frees operator to get next package ready.  2.     “Power Belted Discharge Conveyor” when seal cycle is complete conveyor automatically transfers package from L’ Sealer into shrink tunnel increasing cycle speeds.  3.     Crank handle adjusts depth of discharge conveyor for taller packages;  4.     Stainless steel compensator assembly - controls wire temperature without overheating wire that causes film and Teflon tapes to burn;  5.     Heavy duty composite laminate strips under seal wire improve seal integrity and increase wire life.  6.     Independent front and side wire;  7. Heavy duty steel frame construction;                     8.     Cradle style film rack;  9. Dual Pin perf hole punch; 10. Dual seal head return cylinders; 11. Stainless steel film clamps; 12. Independent seal and conveyor timer; 13. Heavy duty locking casters; 14. Uses .036 Nichrome sealing wire. 15. Heavy duty loading tray. 16. Dual magnetic arm hold down applies seal pressure; 17. Powered discharge conveyor automatically transfers product into shrink tunnel; 18. Heavy duty steel frame construction with baked enamel finish 19. Cradle style film rack for easy loading; 20. Multiple Pin Perf hole punch; 21. Your PP-3040W L’ Sealer is full protected during shipment and bolted to a heavy duty pallet base that is then protected by a tri-walled          heavy duty corrugated box to ensure your machine arrives in good condition and there is no additional charge for crating.
